The numbers are in… and it was another brilliant year for the Link CCTV Systems’ Service Team. Let’s have a look at how they got on:
We’re incredibly proud of these statistics, and they are testament to the hard work and dedication that each member of the Link Service Team put in day-to-day. Our 92% first fix rate is evidence of the skill of our engineers, who are to be able to rectify faults on the first visit at such a high rate.
Let’s look a bit further at these remarkable stats in comparison to the stats from 2020.
Call-outs logged
In 2020, 2707 service calls were logged with our team. In 2021, a further 2932 were logged. That’s an incredible 8% rise (225).
Faults fixed on the first visit
In 2020, the Service Team fixed 2472 faults on the first visit. In 2021, they fixed 2690. That’s an increase of 9% (218), an outstanding feat for the team.
Jobs attended within the SLA
In 2020, the Service Team attended 2620 call-outs within the SLA. In 2021, they attended 2816. This is an increase of 7% (196), which is remarkable.
Faults fixed on first visit percentage
In 2020, our first fix rate was (2% and we are very proud to have maintained that result throughout 2021.
