A really strong first half of the year! We’re incredibly proud of these statistics, and they are testament to the hard work and dedication that each member of the team put in day-to-day. Our 95% first fix rate is evidence of the skill of our engineers, who are to be able to rectify faults on the first visit at such a high rate.
