Project Description: Towards the end of 2022, Link CCTV Systems were requested by Epping Forest District Council to provide multiple temporary and re-deployable 4G solutions to combat issues with Anti-Social Behaviour and Fly Tipping in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
The Link CCTV Systems’ Projects Team began this latest project by producing ten new 4G re-deployable CCTV systems that can easily be introduced in new locations then re-deployed into vulnerable areas going forward. To accompany these, Link CCTV Systems installed multiple new CCTV street columns to monitor the new playground areas introduced by Epping Forest District Council.
As part of these works, the Projects Team carried out groundworks to prepare the area for a new four metre column, including a trench to run the cable. All the relevant systems were then connected back to the main council building via 4G enabling the safer streets team to view, interrogate and download images when required.
The project was completed swiftly and to the usual high standard that the Link CCTV Systems’ Projects Team works at. The re-deployable 4G CCTV systems that were installed are a brilliant solution that Link offer, and if you’re interested in learning more, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
