Link CCTV Systems are taking on the The Lake District Triple Challenge!
On 9th August 2024, 10 members of Link CCTV Systems’ team will be taking on The Lake District Triple Challenge to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
The Lake District Triple challenge is a three-part challenge that pits the Link Team against the spectacular adventure playground of the Lake District National Park. They’ll be trekking to the summit of one of the Lake District’s most iconic peaks, the Old Man of Coniston, before testing themselves on the off-road mountain bike trails of Grizedale forest, and finally kayaking across iconic Coniston Water, all in one gruelling day.
The following members of the Link Team are taking part:
The Link CCTV Systems’ team will face this challenge on Saturday 9th August to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, a charity which is very close to their hearts (pardon the pun). The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It’s only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
Please click this link if you’d like to donate, we’d be so grateful for your support. Thank you!
Good luck to the Link CCTV Systems’ team taking on the The Lake District Triple Challenge!
