Project Description: During September of 2021, Link CCTV Systems completed successful security upgrade at Milton Keynes’ newly renovated leisure district, 12th Street.
12th Street, formerly known as The Theatre District, is home to numerous restaurants, bars and entertainment premises, such as; TGI Friday’s, Popworld and Vertigo VR. As of September 2021, the popular and vibrant leisure district has a new, state of the art security system protecting the local public, installed by Link CCTV Systems.
As part of the works carried out by the Link CCTV Systems Installation Team, multiple HD IP cameras were installed, giving the client the required coverage for the busy leisure area which has a high footfall. To accompany the new cameras, a new wireless infrastructure was deployed, allowing the CCTV images to be relayed back to the security control room. The control room itself saw a vast improvement, with the Link Team fitting a new Hikvision front end.
The Link CCTV Systems Installation Team once again excelled themselves on this project, completing the work on time and to the highest standard. Their industrious work, commitment and ability to work in unison is commended by all at Link and we’re very proud of their efforts.
