Duane originally joined Link in 2011 as an Area Service Manager and quickly progressed into the role of Engineering Manager. In July 2018, Duane transitioned to become the Installation Manager and he was instrumental in developing and growing our in-house installation team. Further to the success that Duane achieved in these roles, he was promoted to Head of Engineering and oversaw the service and installation teams. After a 15-month hiatus, we are delighted to re-welcome Duane back to Link as our new Senior Installation Engineer.
